Tap “Transport” from the homepage, scan the shown QR code on the scanner of transportation that accepts EasyGo
Bill Payment
Starting from 1 November 2019, bills regularly issued by Water Supplies Department, Inland Revenue Department, Rating and Valuation Department will be printed with a FPS QR code. Users can scan the QR code to pay the bills via AlipayHK.
One-time payment
Tap “Bill payment” from the application centre of the homepage
Select the merchant of payment service to be paid or enter the merchant name in the search field
Enter the payment account information and payment password to complete the payment
Settle Government Bills
Tap “Scan” in the lower left corner of the homepage or select “Government Bills” at “Bill Payment” and tap “Scan QR code”
Scan the QR code printed on the bill
Confirm payment details and input payment password to complete the payment
Link payment
Tap “Bill payment” from the application centre of the homepage
Select the merchant of payment service to be paid or enter the merchant name in the search field
Follow the instruction on page to link payment
Activate auto payment
Tap “Bill payment” from the application centre of the homepage
Tap “My Bills”
Tap “Pay”
Confirm bill details, then tap “Pay”
Confirm payment details and tap “Activate Auto Debit” upon successful payment
Tap “Confirm” to activate auto debit and bill details could be browsed in “My Bills”
