1. Balance withdrawal is only available to users with ID verification of Intermediate level and above. 2. The maximum number of withdrawal is 10 times a day. There is no limit to the amount you redeem per day. 3. You can link up to 5 bank accounts.
The balance withdrawal will be transferred to your preferred bank account in four business days.
You can withdraw balance to the following banks: HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, Bank of China (Hong Kong), Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank (Hong Kong), Bank of East Asia, ICBC (Asia), Dah Sing Bank.
No transaction fee is needed for balance withdrawal.

- Merchant outlets: The minimum amount is HKD 100 for first top-up, thereafter the minimum amount for top-ups is HKD 50; top-up amounts must be in multiples of HKD 50. - Bank account: The minimum amount is HKD 1 per top-up. - Online Banking Transfer: The minimum amount is HKD 0.01 per top-up. - Coin-cart: The minimum amount is HKD 1 per top-up. - For unverified accounts, the maximum top-up limit by way of cash at merchant stores is HKD 3,000 daily, HKD 10,000 monthly and HKD 25,000 annually. - For Intermediate accounts, the maximum top-up limit is HKD 5,000 daily, HKD 30,000 monthly and HKD 100,000 annually. - For Advanced accounts, the maximum top-up limit is HKD 5,000 daily, HKD 30,000 monthly and HKD 200,000 annually.
