Should the waiver limit be exceeded, a handling fee of 1.5% will be applied for transfers. A 4% handling fee will be charged for transfers made using other Visa/MasterCard credit cards. #Note: This is applicable for UnionPay credit cards issued in Hong Kong.

Taobao: No handling fee will be charged for Ant Bank Libra Saving, Ant Bank PayLater, BOC Taobao World Master Card, and the first five Taobao transactions of Standard Chartered Q Credit Card each month. The handling fee for #BOC credit cards, #Hang Seng credit cards, #SCB credit cards is 1.3% per transaction (the handling fee for BOC credit cards will be temporarily adjusted to 1.2% and the promotion period will be notified later). The handling fee for other credit cards is 1.5% per transaction, while the handling fee for payment via account balance and bank account is 1% per transaction.
  4. For electricity bills, town gas bills, liquefied petroleum gas bills, property management bills, school fees, and rentals (applicable to rental estates under HKHS), a 2.5% handling fee will be charged for the amount settled using other Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard). For payments via #Hang Seng Credit Card & Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) (Visa/MasterCard), a 1.5% handling fee will be charged.
  5. Starting from 1 May 2024, the handling fee will be adjusted to 1.5% of each transaction for government bill payments for a limited time(including tax bills, water charges, rates, and government rent, etc.) via #designated Credit Cards (BOC Credit Card, Hang Seng Credit Card, Standard Chartered; Other payments via Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard) will be adjusted to 2.5% of each transaction for government bill payments (including tax bills, water charges, rates, and government rent etc. No handling fee will be charged for other bill payments. This charge will not be applied to the autopay service and is only applicable to one-time payments.
